Focus massage

With a Swedish massage you will enjoy a relaxing, full-body treatment that uses light to barely firm pressure with long flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and circular movements to improve circulation, ease stress and body tension to promote overall relaxation.

Focus massage, also known as therapeutic, focuses on addressing specific areas of muscle tension, pain, or dysfunction using techniques with very firm pressure and deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and targeted pressure. It aims to relieve chronic pain, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing process.

Clients usually receive hot towels on back, pectorals, and feet.

Massage Pressure Guide

Every body is different, and the right pressure can make all the difference. Choose the level that best suits your comfort and desired experience. Your therapist will also adjust throughout the session based on your feedback.

1 — Light & Relaxing
A gentle, soothing touch with plenty of lotion. Perfect for relaxation, calming the nervous system, and those who prefer a very light massage.

2 — Light to Moderate
A flowing massage using generous lotion with slightly more pressure. Relaxing yet a little more grounding than Level 1.

3 — Moderate
Less lotion allows for more traction and intentional pressure. A balanced choice for those who enjoy a massage that feels both relaxing and therapeutic.

4 — Firm
Minimal to moderate lotion with firmer, more focused pressure. Ideal for guests who prefer a deeper, more intentional touch and enjoy working into areas of tension.

5 — Deep
Deep, targeted pressure with little lotion. Designed for those who prefer a strong, concentrated massage and deeper work into areas of muscular tension.

Not sure which level to choose? Your therapist can help you find the perfect pressure for your body and comfort level.
